さて、ここまでのエントリィで随分とカミーノを歩いてきました。
写真の方も、自分が撮ったものだけでもかなりの枚数になっております。
例によって風景画ばかりですが、一部をまとめて紹介していきたいと思います。

前回がカミーノ2日目（2008年9月3日）だったので、今回はカミーノ3日目（2008年9月4日）です。
町で言うと、モリナセカ～ポンフェラーダ～カカベロスです。

ポンフェラーダ / Ponferrada

3日目はモリナセカを出て、カカベロスCacabelosへ向かった。

モリナセカから若干のアップダウンを経ると、ポンフェラーダPonferradaが見えてきた。モリナセカへ下る山道から見えたこの町は、これまでにカミーノ上で見たどの町よりも大きかった。中心部にたどり着くまでには、郊外の地区が広がる南へ迂回せざるをえず、ポンフェラーダ城までたどり着くのには随分と時間がかかったように思う。

モリナセカから歩き始めて、2時間くらい経っていたので、ポンフェラーダ城の前のカフェでしばし休憩をしつつ、城の見学時間まで時間を潰した。

ポンフェラーダ城は、かつてテンプル騎士団がレオン王より授けられた城である。この城はサンティアゴへの巡礼者を保護するためのものだったようだが、現在では外壁と塔が残っているのみで、内部の生活空間は当時のものは残されていなかった。一部、アルベルゲとして機能している区画もあったようで、泊まってみたいと思った。町の中心に近い場所にあるこの城の塔が現存しており、そこから見えるポンフェラーダ市は非常に大きな都市であった。

ポンフェラーダからカカベロスまでは穏やかな農村といった感じの風景が広がっていた。まるで日本の田舎にいるような気分にさせる風景も時折見られたが、日本食なんてあるはずもない。

いずれにせよ、この日は非常に天気がよく、暑い日だったため、カカベロスまでは体力がもたず、途中で昼食にボカディージョを食べた。この日はシンプルにハモンのボカディージョを注文した。

This is our third day on el Camino. Started from Molinaseca, we were heading for Cacabelos and at first arrived at Ponferrada, which is a very big city. After resting for a while in a cafe, we visited the Castle of Ponferrada. It was given to the Order of the Temple by a king of León in order to protect the pilgrims. Some part of the castle seemed to be used as an albergue. So I want to stay there some day. From a tower of the castle, we could see the city clearly. After Ponferrada, we went through the countryside, which reminded me of Japanese countryside. It was really hot this day. On the way to Cacabelos, we had bocadillos for lunch. Este es el tercer día de Camino. Desde Molinaseca, nos dirigíamos hacia Cacabelos. En la ciudad grande de Ponferrada, descansamos en un café y visitamos el castillo de Ponferrada. Éste fue dado a la orden del Temple por un rey de León para proteger los peregrinos. En una torre del castillo pudimos ver Ponferrada claramente. Después de Ponferrada andabamos, al contrario, en el campo. Éste era el día muy caluroso. En una villa comimos bocadillo. 【写真：夕食のミートソース・スパゲッティ（2008年9月3日）】

今回は女子メンバーが調理を担当し、ミートソースのスパゲッティとワインが夕食となった。
というわけで、夕食ができるまでは部屋でのんびりしていた。

16人分のスパゲッティを茹でるのに時間がかかったためか、雨上がりのテラスでの食事は、消灯時間10時ぎりぎりに終わった。会話も弾んで、楽しい食事だった。

最初の２日間は、体力的にも余裕があったので自炊をすることができたが、3日目以後は歩く距離が少し伸びたため、体力的にも時間的にも自炊が難しくなり、バルでの食事が中心となった。

夜は相変わらず疲れているためか、ストンと眠りに落ちてしまった。
カミーノでの2日目はここまでとなる。

This time, it was the turn for the girls of our group to cook dinner. This day's dinner was spaghetti with meat sauce and Spanish wine. They had to boil spaghetthi for 16 members of the group. So it took a lot of time and we could only finish our dinner at almost ten o'clock. After this day, it became difficult to cook for the distance we went got longer and we had little time and power to cook .... Here comes the end of the day 2. Esta día las chicas cocinaban la cena, espaguetis con salsa de carne. La comemos con vino español. Pero antes de comer, debemos esperar mucho porque ellas debían cocer espaguetis para dieciseis personas. Así que dejabamos de comer casi a las diez. モリナセカ (1) / Molinaseca (1)

モリナセカに到着するまで、僕は先頭のグループで歩いていた。一番遅いグループは先頭集団から３、40分遅れての到着した。
これはまだいいほうで、旅の後半になると、昼食を完全に終える頃に後続部隊が到着したり、２つのグループに分かれて別の村に泊まったりすることさえあった。

後続のメンバーが到着するまでの間に、僕たちはシャワー、洗濯を済ませることができた。
温かいお湯のシャワーを浴びるのはとても気持ちよかった。

モリナセカのアルベルゲはプリバド（私営）で、7ユーロだった。ラバナルで泊まったアルベルゲよりもさらにきれいで、なおかつ広い部屋で、16人のメンバー全員が同じ部屋に泊まることができた。
初日に知り合った、ハリーとアウグスティンもこの日は同じアルベルゲに泊まった。
このアルベルゲには、生まれたばかり（生後2週間とのこと）の子犬がいた。ロビーでひとしきりこいつと遊んだ後、昼食に出かけた。

モリナセカでの昼食は、村のバルでトルティージャを挟んだボカディージョを食べた。飲み物を付けて5.2ユーロ。

食事の後は教会を見学し、帰りに食料品店に寄って、夕食のためにスパゲッティなどを購入した。

さて、夕食の話はまた次回。Hasta luego!

During this day I walked in the first group. So I could take shower and do the laundry before the other groups arrived. This delay must be better than the one of some days later, when we once had to stay in another town. Anyway, the hot shower made me comfortable. I talked a little with Harry and Augustin, who stayed in the same albergue this day. Then some of the members of the course and I had lunch at a bar. I ate a sandwich with tortilla. After that we visited the church and bought some food like spaghetti at a store. So, in the next entry, I'm going to talk about the dinner. Hasta luego! Andaba en el primer grupo este día. Entonces me había duchado y había lavado las ropas hasta que los otros grupos vinieron. Otro día, tenemos que alejarnos en differentes villas. Em todo caso me dio comodidad la ducha. Hablé con Harry y Augustin un poco. Luego comimos en un bar. Aquí comí bocadillo de tortilla, que era muy bien. Desupués de comer, visitamos la iglesia y compramos algunas comidas para la cena. Y en la proxima vez voy a hablar de la cena. Hasta luego! 小雨 / Bit Rainy / Llueve un poco

鉄の十字架の前後からは、小雨がぱらつく中で、高地を行くことになった。

途中、若干雨がひどくなったときにちょうど途中の村に到着したので、エンパナーダempanadaと呼ばれるパイとコーラで休憩した。

雨に降られないように祈りながら、時折岩肌が露出している急な山道を下っていく。晴れ間がのぞくと、行く手の先にとても大きな町が見えた。先生に聞くと、ポンフェラーダPonferradaという町で、明日通過するらしい。これまでにカミーノで見たどの町よりも（ひょっとしたらアストルガの町よりも）大きかった。

さらに下って山をほとんど下りたところで、２日目の目的地であるモリナセカMolinasecaの村に到着した。これまでの村とは少し違って、なんだか小ぎれいな感じの町だった。

きれいな小川が、町の入口で迎えてくれた。

Caught in a little shower we walked the highland. When it rained a little harder, we got to another village and took a rest, eating a pie called empanada. During we're going down the hill, we could see a big city, the name of which, told by our director, was Ponferrada. But this day we didn't go there but stayed in the town of Molinaseca, which exists in front of Ponferrada in Camino. Cuando andabamos en montaña, llovía un poco. A mitad de camino a Molinaseca, comimos empanadas. Un poco antes de llegar a Molinaseca, pudimos ver la ciudad de Ponferrada, que es más grande que las otras ciudades que conocía en el Camino hasta este tiempo. Y ahora llegamos a Molinaseca.
