帰国 / Coming home / A mi país

飛行機の中で再度軽食を取りつつ、映画版の「セックス・アンド・ザ・シティ」を見た。
話の内容はほとんど覚えていない。

途中で寝てしまったからだ。

目が覚めるとやはり到着まではまだ少し時間があったので、数独を少しだけ解いてみた。

成田空港に着くと、時差もあったため既に9月15日であった。
成田では特にトラブルもなく、といくと良かったのだが、メンバーの一人の荷物が行方不明になってしまったらしい。
ロストバゲージというのは話に聞いていたが、身の回りで起こると恐ろしい。
今回は帰国後だったので、巡礼開始前でなかっただけマシか、という話になった。

一通り写真を撮ってから、明日渋谷のバルに集まる約束をして、仲間たちと別れた。

On the airplane, I watched a movie called "Sex And The City", eating some food. But I don't remember the story because again I fell asleep. When I woke up, I tried to solve the SUDOKU puzzle that I bought in the Charles de Gaulle but it was too difficult. Arriving at Narita on September 15th, almost all of us received our backpacks but one member couldn't. After telling it to the officer, we took some photos each other. And we said good bye, making a promise to meet at a Spanish bar in Shibuya the next day. (No photo because being tired I forgot to take a photo ....)

En el avión, vi una película llamada "Sex And The City", comiendo algo. Pero no recuerdo la historia, porque otra vez me quedé dormido. Cuando me desperté, traté de resolver el Sudoku que compré en Charles de Gaulle, pero era demasiado difícil. Cuando llegamos al aeropuerto de Narita el 15 de septiembre, casi todos nos recibimos las mochilas, pero un miembro no podía hacerlo. Después de decirlo al oficial del aeropuerto, tomamos algunas fotos unos a otros. Nos dijimos adiós haciendo un promesa de reunirnos en un bar español en Shibuya al día siguiente. (No hay mis fotos porque el cansancio me olvidé de tomar fotos ....)

午後8時ごろ、空港に到着したはいいものの、出発まではかなり待ち時間があった。

流石にパリの空港だけあって、色々とお店がある。
巡礼前に来たときは早朝だったのでカフェくらいしか開いていなかったが、今は夜なのでほとんどの店が開いていた。
適当にお店を見て回り、搭乗までに飲む水と、飛行機で時間をつぶすための数独の雑誌を購入した。
仲間たちはお土産も買っているようだったが、とくに珍しいものもなかったので止めておいた。

誰かが買ったおかしを分け合いながら、巡礼中の思い出話をしながら時間をつぶす。
午後23時過ぎ、ようやく成田行きの飛行機に搭乗することができた。

Around eight o'clock in the evening, we arrived at the Charles de Gaulle. Here also we had to kill the time till the departure. When we came here fourteen days ago, it was four or five in the morning and almost all the shops were closed. But now they were all open and we looked around. Alrededor de las ocho de la noche, llegamos al aeropuerto de Charles de Gaulle. Aquí también tuvimos que matar el tiempo hasta la salida. Cuando llegamos aquí hace catorce días, que eran las cuatro o cinco de la mañana y casi todas las tiendas estaban cerradas. Pero ahora estaban abiertas y les mirabamos. ビスケー湾を越えて / Over the Bay of Biscay / Sobre el Golfo de Vizcaya

乗り込んだ飛行機は座席が全部で三列しかない小型のものだった。
座席の少なさに驚きながらも着席すると、間もなく離陸した。

シャルル・ド・ゴールへと向かう短い空の旅だったが、軽食が出た。ハムのサンドイッチを食べながら、せっかくだからとハイネケンを飲む。

はるか真下に大西洋、ビスケー湾が見えている。
歩いたらどれだけかかる距離だろう、と考えているうちに眠ってしまった。

目覚めると、眼下には平野が広がっていた。人工的な区画があちこちに見える。そういえば昔読んだＭ・ブロックの本に、農地の区画の話が出ていたような。
川が流れているのが見えた――あれはセーヌ川だろうか。

つらつらと目に見える風景に思いを巡らせているうちに、２時間ほどの空の旅はすぐに終わりを迎えた。

The airplane we boarded was so small that it had only three seats in a row. It soon took off and we ordered sandwich and Heineken. Through the window, the Atlantic Ocean or the Bay of Biscay could be seen down below. While I was thinking how long it would take if I walk this distance, I fell asleep. I woke up to find a large flat land spreading under the airplane. Then I could see some artificial lots there and remembered a book of M. Bloch that I once read. El avión que embarcamos fue tan pequeño que sólo tenía tres asientos en una fila. Pronto se despegó y ordenamos bocadillos y Heineken. A través de la ventana, abajo se podía ver el Océano Atlántico o el Golfo de Vizcaya. Mientras estaba pensando en cuánto tiempo tomaría andar esta distancia a pie, me quedé dormido. Me desperté y encontré una grande tierra plana extendiendo bajo el avión. Entonces pude ver algunos lotes artificiales allí y me recordé un libro de M. Bloch, que una vez leído. ビーゴ空港 / Airport of Vigo / Aeropuerto de Vigo

空港に到着したものの、飛行機への搭乗まではしばらく時間があった。
空港のロビーで、壊れた自販機から何とかコーラを購入してそれを飲みながら時間をつぶした。

チェックインの時間が来たので、しばらくは持つことのないであろう大きなバックパックを預けて身軽になった。
旅がいよいよ終わろうとしている。

チェックインしてからもしばらく時間があったので、久しぶりに取り出した携帯を開いて、旅の仲間たちと連絡先を交換した。
彼らの大半は東京近郊に住んでいたが、中には北海道や九州から参加しているメンバーもいた。しかし、1日か2日くらいは東京にいる予定だといういことなので、日本に帰国した翌日に打ち上げをやろうという話になった。

そうこうしているうちに、搭乗の時間になった。

When we arrived at the airport of Vigo, much time was left till the check-in and the departure. Buying bottles of cola from a vending machine that was almost broken, we killed the time drinking them. The check-in soon started and we passed our big backpacks, feeling the end of our travel. Till the boarding, we had another spare time. So we exchanged the mail addresses of our cell phones in order to have a party next day of the return to Japan. Then we got out of the building and walked to the small airplane. Cuando llegamos en el aeropuerto de Vigo, se quedó mucho tiempo hasta el registro de entrada. Comprando botellas de cola de una máquina expendedora que estaba casi rota, hemos matado el tiempo bebiendo ellos. El registro comenzó dentro de poco y pasamos nuestras mochilas grandes, sintiendo el final de nuestro viaje. Hasta el embarque, tuvimos otro tiempo libre, así que nos intercambiamos las direcciones de e-mail de nuestros teléfonos celulares para que diéramos una fiesta después de la vuelta a Japón. ビーゴ到着 / Arriving at Vigo / Llegamos a Vigo

ビーゴのバスターミナルから空港まではタクシーに分乗することにした。
全部で16人いるので、3台か4台に分かれて乗ることにして、運転手に追加のタクシーを呼んでもらうことになった。

先に空港まで行くことにしたのだが、やはり日本以外のタクシーは相当飛ばす。
スペインの法定速度は知らないし、そもそもそんなものがあるのかどうかも分からなかったが、とりあえず無事に空港に着いてくれればいいと思いながら乗っていた。
助手席に座ったので、時々メーターを見ていたが、直線では時速150kmを超えたときもあったり、カーブでも時速100km近いスピードだったりして、これはこれで楽しい経験だった。

20分ほどで着くよ、とバスターミナルでは言われていたが、結局15分ほどでビーゴ空港へと到着した。

To the Vigo Airport, the sixteen of us took some taxis, maybe three or four. The driver drove his car as fast as usual foreign taxi drivers (Japanese ones don't speed up like them). Sometimes the car went at 100 kilometers per hour, even about 100 km/h at the long corner. Para el aeropuerto de Vigo, los dieciséis tomamos algunos taxis, tal vez tres o cuatro. El conductor conducía su coche tan rápido como los taxistas extranjeros hacen normalmente (los japoneses no los acelerar como ellos). A veces el coche iba a 100 kilómetros por hora, aunque a unos 100 kilómetros por hora en la esquina larga.
