まだ、歩き始めたばかり / Still Just Started / Solamente todavia hemos salido

午前７時半。
いよいよ出発。
まだ薄暗いアストルガの街を発つ。

カミーノ（巡礼路）には、進むべき方向を指し示す黄色い矢印があちこちに描かれている。基本的にはそれを頼りに進む、と中島先生（カミーノ講習の講師です）から教わった。この矢印はカミーノのシンボルの一つとなっていて、キーホルダーやＴシャツのデザインとしてサンティアゴの土産屋で売られていた。

アストルガを抜けて郊外に出る頃には、周りは随分と明るくなっていた。
巡礼の旅はまだ始まったばかりで、最初はあまり離れることなく、ほとんど全員一緒に歩いた。まだ全然話をしていないメンバーもいたので、少しずつ自己紹介などをしながら歩いた。

この日歩いた道は、車道に沿って続く普通の歩道の場合もあれば、車道から少し離れた未舗装の狭い道だったり。全体的にかなり歩きやすい道だったと思う。

途中、何人もの巡礼者に追い越されたり、逆に追い抜いたりもした。そうしたときには「よい旅を（¡Buen Camino!）」と声をかける習慣なのだ、とこれも中島先生が教えてくれた。
本ブログのタイトルの由来はまさにこれ。

「¡Buen Camino!」と言って、そのまま会話が続く場合もあったし、単に挨拶をするだけの場合もあったが、とにかく皆にこやかに返事をしてくれた。これは今回の旅全体を通して印象に残った点の一つだ。歩いている途中、メンバーと離れて一人になることもあり、そうしたときに限って目印の黄色い矢印がなかなか見えず、不安になったりもした。それでも、他の巡礼者や町の人に会えば、挨拶をして、道を教えてもらうなどした。

At 7:30, it's still a bit dark but we started walking. Ms. Nakajima, the director, told us to follow the way which the yellow arrows indicate. We introduced ourselves more and talked about lots of things while we walked this day. The way here wasn't hard to walk, we enjoyed walking. Ms. Nakajima also told us that when we meet other pilgrims we'd say "¡Buen Camino!" each other, which is of course the title of this blog. This greeting made our pilgrimage good and happy thing. A las siete y media, comenzamos andar. Sra. Nakajima, la directora, nos decía que sigamos por el camino que las fleches amarillas indican. Nos introducímos más y contabamos mientras andabamos este día. El camino aquí no era difícil para andar y disfrutabamos andar. Sra. Nakajima tambien decía que los peregrinos digan "¡Buen Camino!" cuando se encuentren. Este es origen del título de este Blog. "¡Buen Camino!" hacía nos pellegrinación buena y contenta.
